1. Salvation is an unearned gift received by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
A. John 14:6 "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."

2. The Bible is God's Word to us and reveals His will for us.
A. Hebrews 4:12 "For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."
B. II Timothy 3:16 "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness"
C. John 8:31b-32 "If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
3. God is good.
